We are always proud to have people running for us in the annual Hastings Half Marathon.

Established in the 1980s this is a perfect half marathon for all abilities and a popular preparation race for the London and Brighton marathons later in the spring.

The race starts and finishes on the seafront, taking in the ancient town of Hastings, following the route of William the Conqueror towards Battle, visiting the famous Old Town and fishing village, before a final three mile sprint (or stagger!) along the seafront.

The first third of the course is hilly but after that it flattens out, so it’s a great opportunity to clock up a personal best.

This very popular race attracts a lot of supporters so you’ll be cheered on from start to finish, whether you’re an accomplished athlete hoping for a course record or a first timer just hoping to make the distance.
