Team Member of the Quarter!

Oliver has been working at Ashdown Hurrey Accountants as a book keeper for over a year now. He started his paid job with the support of a job coach from Little Gate Farm and now works independently. It quickly began evident than Oliver is a skilled and capable man who wasn’t going to let his disability stand in his way.

Ashdown Hurrey have just awarded Oliver the ‘Team Member of the Quarter’. Staff give reasons for their choices which were as follows: Developing self -confidence, friendly demeanour, good work attitude, being a great personality, doing so well in his job.

Oliver was presented the Award on lunch break, at the ‘Fish Bowl’, a fish and chip shop. They made him a certificate and gave him vouchers worth £125. The manager of the firm made the announcements and 24 members of staff attended.
